Ashley Rivera is a Tengaged personality and the host of Ashley's Bigg Boss. Rivera joined the Tengaged organisation in February 2012, and has since made temporary hiatuses and departures.[1]

Background[edit | edit source]

Rivera was born Ashley Rivera Stevens to parents Jackie Rivera and Mark Stevens in Los Angeles, California. The family moved to The Gold Coast, Australia before Rivera's parents split in 1999. With Rivera's father moving to England in order to focus on work with Rivera's older brother Jayden, the rest of the family remained in Australia.

At 16 years of age, Rivera studied at a Music college in the United Kingdom, and has since moved back to Los Angeles, California where he resides in an apartment shared with three friends.[1]

Tengaged[edit | edit source]

Ashley Rivera joined Tengaged on February 17, 2012. Although originally known on the site for playing various games on the site, Rivera became a part of hosting in August 2012 with his famous BigBruv's Big Brother series. The series was an all-round success, producing five seasons, before the show was cancelled due to other commitments. Rivera went on to create and coach The Voice series, and co-produce Janelle's Survivor Series with fellow user Janelle Pierzina, before going on a hiatus in September 2013.

Rivera returned to the site in January 2014 to coincide with the return of Janelle's Survivor Series which he returned to co-produce after two seasons away from the show. Once the series was axed, Rivera became a recurring figure throughout the year until expressing a desire to create a Bigg Boss style series, an idea he originally planned in 2013. The series began on August 4, 2014.
